Yellow patchy marks on my skin when I stretch it under my eyes? - yellow skin more condition_symptoms

Well, I was with a general remark my face in the mirror this morning and for reasons (of the skin under the eyes, especially in dark bags expanded effort), and I realized that I very yellow in color gives skin. I never noticed before, but I am of what is there fear.
If someone can help that would be absolutely fantastic.
Is this just a bad health, or maybe a little worse?
