If you are looking for something along the lines of the Catholic Encyclopedia, I can not find a resource like this in a Lutheran perspective. Mark has a link to Christian Encyclopedia, the next thing I know, but is much less comprehensive. In fact, the use of the predominantly Catholic Encyclopedia (the history of the church specifically) before the Reformation.

If you are a resource in the Lutheran doctrine, the Lutheran Book of Concord, the final declaration of the Christian faith. http://www.bookofconcord.org/

The Augsburg Confession and the Defense of the Augsburg Confession are our founding documents, and the rest are further evidence for our beliefs to be defined. Traditional conservative evangelical (we say "confessional Lutherans") concerning the adoption of the Book of Concord as a true explanation of biblical Christianity.
